Schedule and Check-in 

The conference will take place at the Barcelona Vineyard facilities, at 129 Maresme Street.

It will begin on Friday 16th February in the evening and will end on Sunday 18th February in the afternoon.

All pastors and representatives of churches belonging to the Iberian partnership will have a meeting on Monday, February 19, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. So if you are one of them, please, plan your flights and stay with this meeting in mind

The check-in process will start on Friday at 5.30pm at the entrance hall of the Barcelona Vineyard facilities, 2 hours prior to the start of the conference. All attendees will receive an identifier and an information and welcome package


Meals


Even though drinks and snacks will be provided during different moments of the conference, each attendee will have to take care of his own breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a big shopping mall with many restaurants at 10 minutes walking distance from the Barcelona Vineyard facilities. 

Accommodation

We have a limited number of homes that can accommodate those who may need it for free. The assignment of these places will take place in the order in which they are requested.

For the rest of the attendees that need accommodation, we include links to different hotels near the Barcelona Vineyard facilities where the conference will be held.   

Programme and Child Care


Programme

There will be 5 main sessions during the mornings and afternoons. During Saturday afternoon there will be workshops and discussion forums addressing a good number of sessions on topics related to different areas of ministry.

The attendees will receive a complete programme with the titles of the workshops upon check-in at the check-in table.

We hope that during the course of the day there will be many opportunities to spend time with friends and time to make new ones. We will have a bar service with drinks and beer at the attendees disposal, which will be opened during the breaks.

Child Care

The team from Barcelona Vineyard offers a programme for children of 3 to 12 years of age during the whole event. It is offered to children of people attending the conference. The childcare registration fee is10€ per family regardless of the number of children they bring to the conference. On the online registration there will be a section to register and notify the names and number of children which will attend the programme.

The care of children younger than 2 years of age that attend the conference will be under the responsibility of their parents. These children can attend free of charge but they will still need to be registered so that we know how many will come and how much space we will need to set up in the nursery so that their parents can take care of them.

Standard registration (Online after 9th February or at the conference) 25€

Late registration (Attending Sunday 18th February only) 10€

Youth and Teenagers between the age of 12 and 18 benefit from a special discount:

Early registration Youth (Online before 9th February) 10€

Standard registration Youth (Online after 9th February or at the conference) 15€

Late registration Youth 5€ (attending Sunday 18th February only) 5€

Families with children between 3 and 12 will have to pay a supplement of 10€ per family to register and sign up their children for the children's programme.

The supplement will be of 5€ per family if they attend on Sunday only.

Children under the age of 2 will be able to attend free of charge but will still need to be registered.

We are attaching the link where you can register and pay online. 


The capacity is limited and taking into account the number of international and national visitors, we recommend you register as soon as possible. In case you do not register online you can do so at the entrance, where you will be able to register as long as the capacity of the facility is not complete, in that case you will not be able to enter.

If you are forced to cancel your attendance before the 9th of February, 80% of the registration fee will be returned. We are sorry to communicate that no fee will be returned if the cancelation is made after this date.
